What SCB Agency does
An agency ad account is an advertising account provisioned by a platform-certified agency rather than opened by an individual advertiser. Because the account inherits the agency’s trust level inside the platform, it starts with higher spending limits, fewer automated restrictions and direct access to platform support. SCB Agency provisions these accounts on four advertising platforms and hands the advertiser a real login to the platform’s own interface.
We do not run campaigns on a client’s behalf and we do not share accounts between advertisers. The advertiser keeps full control of campaigns, creatives, pixels, audiences and billing history inside Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager or Microsoft Advertising.
The four platforms we cover
| Platform | What the advertiser gets | Fees | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Facebook (Meta) | Agency-structure ad account with no daily spend cap and full Meta Ads Manager control | No VAT, no service fee | |
| Google Ads | Account inside a Google partner MCC with higher default spend limits | No VAT, 5% service fee (Google policy) | |
| TikTok | Agency partner account supporting In-Feed, Spark Ads and TikTok Shop | No VAT, no service fee | |
| Bing (Microsoft Advertising) | Microsoft Advertising account configured by SCB, no credit card required | No VAT, 5% flat service fee |
How our pricing works
The account itself is free. Advertisers fund ad spend with a minimum first deposit of $100, which is credited to the account rather than charged as a rental fee. There is no setup fee, no monthly management charge and no markup hidden inside the deposit.
| Item | SCB Agency | |
|---|---|---|
| Account setup fee | $0 | |
| Monthly management fee | $0 | |
| Minimum first deposit | $100 | |
| VAT on top-ups | None | |
| Service fee | 5% on Google and Bing ad spend, none on TikTok and Facebook | |
| Refund window | 15 business days, no additional fees | |
| Payment methods | USD bank transfer, PayPal, PingPong, Payoneer |
How we handle risk
Advertising accounts can be restricted by any platform, including agency accounts. Two protections apply when that happens: the remaining balance is reallocated to a replacement account inside the same agency structure, and the advertiser can request a refund within 15 business days without additional fees. Balances are never locked to a single account.
Who we work with
Most of our clients are direct-to-consumer brands, independent media buyers and small agencies running paid acquisition across several markets at once. The common requirement is not size but stability: advertisers who need a predictable spending ceiling and a billing relationship that does not add 20% VAT to every top-up.
Contact and verification
The fastest way to reach us is the contact form, which also starts onboarding. Accounts are typically provisioned within 24 hours of receiving business details and target markets.
